We offer online tutoring, academic coaching, and educational support using Zoom, Kognity, Google Drive, and email.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- Parents may request tutoring via website form or email.
- Sessions are confirmed by email.
- Tutors are assigned based on student needs.
- Tutors are independent contractors representing Chaptr House of Education, LLC.
3. Payment & Invoicing
- All sessions are invoiced through QuickBooks or manual invoice.
- Payment terms are stated on the invoice.
- Missed sessions without notice may be charged.
4. Cancellations
Reasonable notice is required to reschedule sessions.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may limit future scheduling.
5. Parent Responsibilities
Parents agree to:
- Ensure a safe and appropriate online environment for minors
- Monitor minors during sessions
- Provide accurate contact and billing information
- Communicate concerns directly with us
6. Use of Third-Party Platforms
Students may use:
- Zoom
- Google Drive
- Kognity
These platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials produced by Chaptr House of Education, LLC remain our property and may not be copied or shared without permission.
Students retain ownership of their personal work.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee improved grades, exam outcomes, or school admissions.
We are not responsible for:
- Internet outages
- Platform errors
- Technical failures outside our control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected session(s).
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
